Introduction

The first International Ergonomics Design forum organized under the aegis of IEA (Ergonomics in Design Technical Committee), by ARDI Centre de Design, UTC and ICSID membership will be held in Lyon (France) in May 2009.

 

Contributions

You are warmly invited to present your own research, issues, case studies, corporate testimonials, general thoughts, methods and tools and proposals. All contributions are welcome such as communications, posters, workshops, tutorials, round tables, etc. and any proposals that could open exchange and discussion. The main goal is to stimulate broad exchange of skills, knowledge, impressions, demand and supply in ergonomics and design and also among players involved in product design, marketing, management, sustainability, ethics, quality, manufacturing, innovation, purchasing, etc.

Selection of papers and summary

A selection of the best papers will be published in addition to proceedings available online a fortnight before the symposium in order to stimulate discussions and exchanges.
A summary stating the most significant requests, ideas and proposals will be addressed to IEA and ICSID and presented with the best paper at the triennial IEA congress in Beijing on 9-14 August 2009.
